I’m Amy, founder of the I AM store and a proud Mum to three inspiring girls.
My girls are the heart behind everything I create. Watching them grow made me more mindful of the words we speak to ourselves, and inspired me to create tools that help build confidence from within for them, and for you.
I design affirmation journals and mirror affirmations to support positive self-talk, mindfulness and emotional awareness for all ages, because the small words we repeat each day truly matter.
