Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours, depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Please note that if your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. This is because shipping is only charged once at checkout.
If you would like to receive the in-stock items from your order earlier, please reach out to us at info@theiamstore.com.au with your order number, and we will provide a payment link for the additional shipping fee. Once the shipping payment is received, we will send out your in-stock items separately.

Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy for our Journals, which means you have 7 days after receiving your journal to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@theiamstore.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of our Mirror Affirmation Stickers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. We also do not replace stickers that have been applied incorrectly or have been opened by any means.
Each order includes clear, precise instructions on how to apply your Mirror Affirmation Stickers to ensure the best results. Additionally, all orders are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
